Biden Taunts House Republicans With 3 Mocking Words On Impeachment Effort

If President Joe Biden was bothered by the House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) impeachment investigation, he didn’t let it show. He was asked about it as he returned to the White House on Sunday after a weekend spent in Delaware. He smiled and said, “Good luck!”

Rep. Ken Buck, a conservative from Colorado and a member of the Freedom Caucus of the right-wing party, stated last week that impeachment should only be initiated when there is evidence of serious crimes or misdemeanors. He said that there is no evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors at this time. The White House condemned McCarthy. The White House slammed McCarthy.

“He vowed to hold a vote to open impeachment, now he flip-flopped because he doesn’t have support,” White House spokesman Ian Sams said last week.
